2. User Conduct & Content

You agree not to use the system for any unlawful purposes. You retain ownership of the data you input (tasks, plans, comments), but you grant us the right to host and display this data to you and your authorized team members.

3. Premium Subscriptions & Payments

Billing: Premium features require a valid payment. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Limits: Free accounts are subject to task limits. Bypassing these limits through technical manipulation is a violation of these terms.

4. Service Availability & "As-Is" Clause

Disclaimer: e-Tugasan is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from server failures or user error.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the system or other users.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
